The Browning Plaza Retail Center is a 38 acre commercial development located near the intersection of Interstate 84 and Waltman Lane.  Erickson Civil provided planning and platting services for the project that included annexation, zoning, a development concept, and a development agreement.  The design team worked with the Meridian Development Corp. to obtain cost participation for improvements to Waltman Lane and the bridge that will connect Waltman Lane to Corporate Drive over Ten Mile Creek.  The project has temporarily been placed on hold and will be revived once warranted by the local economy.
