Erickson Civil worked in concert with the City of Meridian to conceptualize, plan, and develop the new Meridian Parks Maintenance Facility located off of Lanark Street in Meridian, Idaho.  The City acquired the 6 acre site and relied on the design team to master plan the development to include the Parks Facility (3 acres) with space reserved for a future recreation center.  Erickson Civil provided full civil engineering services for project including design for grading and drainage, utility services, new utility main extensions, gravity irrigation system modifications, Nampa Meridian Irrigation District license agreements & permitting, and offsite roadway improvements within the Ada County Highway District's right-of-way.
