The development of the Kramer Medical Offices completed the professional plaza development fronting the Mountain View High School off of Millennium Way in Meridian, Idaho.  The Kramer Office project certainly has put the finishing touches on the development with a clear definition of quality design, finishes, and execution.  The 3,500 square foot medical office building was constructed on a building pad that required civil engineering to make necessary grading and drainage modifications and utility improvements to accommodate the building.  Erickson Civil, Inc. provided full civil engineering services for the project as part of a design-build team that included the lead project architect and contractor.  Specific design highlights included detailed sidewalk and curbing detailing to accommodate existing grade conditions and ADA accessibility routes.  A dry stream bed approach was utilized to store onsite storm water which blends harmoniously with the buildings finished and surrounding landscape.  The water conscientious landscape design minimizes the need for high volume pressure irrigation flows and the need for costly routine maintenance procedures.  Dr. Kramer and staff are currently occupying and operating the building and are pleased with the project results.
