Gowen Crossing Commercial Subdivision

Erickson Civil provided planning and design services for the Gowen Crossing Subdivision located just to the north of the Boise Factory Outlet Malls along Eisenman Road in Boise, Idaho.  The project included a request for rezone of 7.52 acres with a development agreement and a preliminary and final plat that included eight (8) building lots.  The project construction documents included design for public roadways and coordination with the local highway district, water and sewer main and service infrastructure, site grading and storm water pollution prevention planning.  The site is in an area where bedrock occurs at shallow depths.  Our staff worked with a local driller to advance test holes across the site so that the underlying rock profiles could be determined and mapped so that new sub-surface infrastructure placement could be avoided in shallow areas.
