Erickson Civil prepared a design for the 34 lot Lexington Meadows Subdivision in Canyon County, Idaho.  The development is served by individual septic systems with extended treatment package systems and by United Water for domestic water supply.  The development is located in an area with shallow bedrock so special attention was given to design with respect to utility depths and placement to avoid excessive rock trenching and related costs.  The development includes a pressure irrigation system and irrigation ditch tiling to re-route historic irrigation ditches and to maintain service to downstream users.  The development also included a new pump upgrade to the existing United Water well to provided additional capacity to the existing domestic system.
