Erickson Civil prepared the hillside and civil design for the Mackey Residence in Wild horse Ranch.  The design included detailed grading and drainage plans, retaining walls and re-vegetation plans for the new 7,000 square foot home.  The home is built into the hillside with cuts and fills up to 30 feet in depth with detailed drainage systems to ensure longevity of footings and slopes on the site.  ECI performed a hydrologic and hydraulic drainage study for the site and surrounding areas to ensure proper routing and pipe sizing of upstream storm water and culverts.  3D graphics were also prepared to illustrate the minimal visual impact to the Boise Front hillside due to proper care in siting the home and grading of the site.
