The Simmonds residence is located within the El Paseo Subdivision within the foothills of Boise, Idaho.  The project site has significant slope and is located within the City of Boise hillside overlay district.  Erickson Civil provided full civil engineering and surveying services to plan and prepare grading and drainage and erosion and sediment control plans for the project.  The project included rock retaining walls and a piped storm drain system with surface area drains and tie-ins for all of the roof drain downspouts.
