Tamarack Ski Resort is located in Valley County, Idaho and is the first newly permitted four-season resort in North America in more than two decades.  Design responsibilities included sanitary sewer design, roadway design, grading and drainage design, retaining wall design, roadway alignment alternative analysis and planning for Phase II (White Water Area) of the residential development.  Design challenges included steep mountainous cross slopes, wetland avoidance, ski-in / ski-out analysis, and overall natural feature preservation.  This is truly a one-of-a kind resort atmosphere with a blend of extraordinary mountain, lake, and meadow amenities.  Key sewer design elements included full civil engineering design, master planning for the on-road and off-road sewer collection system through mountainous terrain and construction observation and inspection.
