Erickson Civil provided design and planning efforts for the Woodgate Subdivision located at Ward Lane and Hwy 20-26 in Caldwell, Idaho.  The single family residential development included 83 building lots with open spaces and amenities throughout.  The project site is bisected by the Noble Drain and is partially bordered by Mason Creek.  Both the Noble Drain and Mason Creek were incorporated into the design of the development as natural amenities with natural landscape and improved pedestrian pathways.  Two bridge crossings were constructed over the Noble Drain which included special design attention and Section 404 permitting through the US Army Corps. of Engineers. The project included offsite sewer and water main infrastructure and easement acquisition as well as a sewage pump station that was dedicated to the City of Caldwell for operation and maintenance.  Irrigation water was not readily available to this site.  Our staff worked with the Idaho Department of Water Resources to acquire an irrigation water right for the City of Caldwell and prepared construction documents for a new well and well house infrastructure.
